Biden Let the Words Fly, and They Were Razor Sharp

Former Vice President and Presidential candidate Joe Biden appeared to share some honest words, which could be said to be a rarity for him, in a recent Q and A session with CNN. What those words said was perhaps very telling and begged the question, is this the “real” Joe Biden? Of course, the main topic surrounded the upcoming 2020 election. It was during this exchange of questions and responses that Biden, at least for a few minutes, seemed to offer some very real and very passionate answers.

One story covering Biden’s conversation with CNN’s Don Lemon reported on a few of those questions, and Biden’s sometimes cold, sometimes hard, sometimes threatening, and revealing answers. Not so much revealing as in his answers, but as in his character. More on that in a moment.

As our story reported, Lemon said, “let me ask you, because Lindsey Graham now, who you’ve worked with, who was a friend… and now he’s asking the State Department for documents for you and your son, what do you say to Lindsey Graham and folks like him?”

And that was all the segway Joe Biden needed. As if that question unlocked some suppressed angst, Biden let the words fly, and they were razor sharp. Beginning with his defense of his son and the Biden name, he began by saying “I am disappointed, and quite frankly, I’m angered by the fact he knows me. He knows my son. He knows there’s nothing to this. Trump is now essentially holding power over him…,” that “power” Joe Biden was referring to is Graham’s upcoming election. It also just happens that Lindsey Graham may have a fight on his hands with a formidable opponent facing him for reelection.

Let us remind you before we delve any farther into this conversation that Lindsey Graham is (or was) a friend, of some close acquaintance with Joe Biden.

Unprompted, Biden continued saying, “there’s nothing to investigate about Biden or his son, and Lindsey is about to go down in a way that I think he’s going to regret his whole life.” Yes, we thought the same thing – wow! Was that a not-so-veiled threat, a cold and heartless statement, or just plain anger bordering on hatred?

And this was a person of close personal acquaintance with Biden, a friend? A person about whom he said was “about to go down” and that he was going to feel the consequences of, investigating the Bidens, “his whole life.”

Is that thug talk or some kind of mafia speak? It almost makes you concerned for the safety and welfare of the Senator and Chair of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary. Oh yes, that’s right, Congressman Graham is also not only a member of but the Chair of the government’s judicial arm, but he best not do his job – or else?

More than anything else, however, what this might really reveal is the truest heart and character of Joe Biden. As one of the front-running Democratic Presidential candidates, Biden’s character and ethics have been a source of pain for his bid to win the Party’s nomination. The news about his son’s alleged involvement with Ukraine and his ties to that situation are only a part of those ethical and moral questions plaguing Joe Biden and his campaign.

Seeing Biden like this – heated, passionate, and attacking, it somehow reinforces those questions. Then we remember, again, that this was also directed towards a man who was considered a friend and those questions get darker. If these are the words he used to express his anger toward someone he knows, someone that either is or has been considered a friend, what would he say about his enemies?

Maybe Joe Biden is unethical after all, maybe he will be discovered to be lacking in moral character, and maybe these few moments of venting revealed the “real” Joe Biden. Because the picture he painted during this conversation was of a man who was scary, cutthroat, and maybe even dangerous. Is this the real Joe Biden?

Perhaps we should ask his friends?

  1. Biden is just a plain old liar. It is amazing how he gets away with it. Our country’s law enforcement agencies are being stripped of the ability to enforce current laws. So our no action Congress makes new laws which they don’t follow themselves. I pray God has mercy on our country!

  2. No one is above the law..just ask Pelosi, unless of course you are a Democrat . Then you can do what ever the Hell you want legal or not. …and on top of that, you cannot even question their crooked behaviors.

  3. Dementia changes a person. It makes a person belligerent, feisty, swear and say words they’ve never said before. If Joe has been like this his whole life he is fine. If not, they need to pull him out of the race!

  4. Biden was is and always will be a smarmy thief. One way or the other there now WILL actually be an investigation into Ukrainian filthy dealings and when that happens Biden–without his crooked democrat controlled DOJ, is going to be fried.

  5. Maybe he is actually one of the Clinton’s “best friends”. If so then those threats should be even more alarming.

  6. Joe Biden is a crook, & a liar, we all know this . God forbid. that the democratic could possibly win this election, we’re all doomed We need President Trump 4 for years 🇱🇷🇱🇷🇱🇷2020 TRUMP

  7. THE only way a Democrat wins is by cheating. Joe is a total douche bag. Been in government most of his life. Just has he done for America, NOTHING!

  8. The SWAMP is full of these cheating, lying, corrupt people that have been in the government TOO long. Biden just happened to get caught. He just needs to go away.

  9. It COULD be that Lindsey Graham wants proper justice and he DOESN’T want to defend CRIMINAL action. In other words, this “good ole boy” system is COMING to an END, and JOE knows it . . . Team Trump and his allies 2020 – KAGA (Keep America Great Again).

  10. JOE BIDEN says there’s no reason for an investigation of him and his son ! Yet, he admitted on a u-tube video that he told the Ukrainian PM that if he didn’t fire the Prosecutor that was investigating his son’s company Ukrainian Barisma Gas, that they wouldn’t get the billion dollar U.S.A. loan! Quid Pro Quo !
