China’s Latest Propaganda Points the Finger at the US for “Poisoning the World”

China hasn’t liked the global press that they’ve gotten in the past year and a half. After all, they’ve been accused of manufacturing COVID-19 and letting it escape out of a lab in Wuhan. Oh, and that same virus is also responsible for killing millions of people around the globe.

Well, China doesn’t want to be the bad guy. Rather than owning up to it all, apologizing, and looking to provide a solution, they’re going to point the finger.

An infographic has been shared by the Chinese Foreign Ministry on Twitter that shows how the U.S. has “poisoned the world.”

Wow. This is quite the accusation.

According to the propaganda from the Chinese Communist Party, the U.S. allowed citizens to travel with coronavirus infections.

Hmmm, but let’s see how that would have happened…

Oh, right. The only way that this could have actually occurred is if someone was allowed to travel to China, first. China sat on this information about the coronavirus for months before they alerted the rest of the world to the problem.

The U.S. had issued travel bans – and China was the one that tried to undermine them.

Travel bans were issued around the world. Meanwhile, many countries chose not to lock all travel down.

While the U.S. may have caused some of the spread, the blame cannot sit squarely on the shoulders of the U.S. This is a way for China to deflect so that they can sit there as smugly as possible without feeling guilty for all the death that they are responsible for.

The infographic explains have the U.S. has “recently enhanced its efforts to manipulate the origin tracing of COVID-19.” Does China really think that the U.S. is the only one interested in the origins of COVID-19? Perhaps they have already forgotten that most of Europe backed the U.S. when it was demanded that the World Health Organization conduct a proper investigation that wasn’t tainted by Chinese scientists blocking access to certain information.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has accused the U.S. of failing to control the pandemic. They also want to whine about how the U.S. government has been pointing at the Wuhan Institute of Virology as the source of the virus.

So as not to be outdone, the Chinese state has decided to create an odd conspiracy theory where COVID-19 doesn’t come from China at all. Instead, it was manufactured in an Army lab in Maryland and spread through the use of e-cigarettes. What? This has to be the most ridiculous of all the theories – yet it helps China to sleep at night.

If anyone is to blame for the way the virus spread with such speed, it is most certainly China. They are, after all, the ones that locked down travel out of the Wuhan province but encouraged international travel. They ensured that travel wasn’t blocked so that infected Chinese citizens could travel internationally but not internally.

Yes, you read that correctly. China was allowing its infected population to travel internationally but not internally. They were actually encouraging the spread of COVID-19. Had it not been for their lackadaisical approach, COVID would have never shown up in the U.S. or anywhere else outside of China.

China can point the finger all they want. The reality is that the truth is already out there and no one but the Chinese Communist Party believes that the U.S. is responsible for poisoning the world.
